I had to take my 2020 CRV to have some my right front quarter panel repaired because a member of my family scraped it pretty badly when backing the car out of my garage. I received the estimate from Ripples within an hour of my taking the car to them. It was about what I expected and they were able to schedule me for the job in a very timely manner. I picked the car up this morning 2 days earlier than they expected it to be done, and there just aren’t enough positive adjectives to state how great the car looks. The entire staff was very courteous and positive and I just can’t say enough about the high quality of work they did. God forbid that I would ever need more body work done on one of cars but if that time should ever come I am 1000% certain I would take job to them. Thank you Ripples for a totally magnificent job on my car and for your prompt, courteous and very very professional attitude throughout the entire process.

Work was pretty good at the end, however, when we first saw it to pick it up, the work was not good enough in our opinion. The owner was fantastic and took a look at it right away and made it look better and something we were satisfied with. He literally had just gotten back from vacation, so maybe our car wouldn't have come out to us the way it did if he was there, but either way, the customer service was great and they did us right in the end and the work was good. We would go back and recommend. Would give them 4.5 stars if I could.

I recommend this for any vehicle restoration. They restored my car like new again. Rusty, she is a peach. Very helpful. Mike and the crew get the job finished right just like you want it.

They did a great job fixing my work van. A week later, someone hit me and totaled our brand new SUV, Ripples was on it fast. They dealt with the adjusters and everyone. Made it an easy process for me.
